Terms & Conditions

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Valid photo ID and credit card must be presented upon check in for verification. Where express check in options are used, this must be provided electronically

Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable rate – Full payment taken at time of booking. No cancellations or amendments permitted.

Body Corporate By-laws:

To abide by the Body Corporate Bylaws (a copy is located in the compendium within your apartment).

Loss or Damage:

• To pay for any loss or damage to the property and its contents during my occupancy of the property.

• That I will not make any claim against (Hotel Name) or the owner, for any damages or loss to my goods or valuables during my occupancy of the room.

• To pay a replacement fee for any keys/remotes damaged or not returned on the departure date.

• To leave the room in a clean and tidy state and to pay additional cleaning fees, if not done so.

• To pay a deodorize fee of $200.00 if smoke is detected within the unit. 

Personal Information:

• Agree to the disclosure of personal information to persons requiring that information in the normal activities of maintaining the property on a day to day basis (tradesmen, housekeeping).

Credit Card Surcharge:

• I acknowledge a credit card surcharge is applicable - 2.9%.

• At the managers discretion, a $200 call out fee can apply for after hours call outs involving issues caused by the guest. 

Party & Alcohol Policy:

I agree to abide by all the terms and conditions, and acknowledge that those terms and conditions form part of this agreement, including the (Hotel) Party & Alcohol policy.

There is a zero tolerance policy on parties being held in apartments or within the hotel grounds.

• In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, (Hotel Name) reserves the right to request all occupants of the apartment, including the registered guest to vacate the premises immediately

• In the event that eviction does occur, the registered guest will forfeit the tariff paid and is liable for any expenses resulting from additional cleaning, damage or repairs to the apartment or property grounds, and if an outsourced security company is called to assist in the eviction – a fee may be payable (approximately $200). 

I agree to the above statements and that I am authorised to provide the credit card details.

Pet Policy:

• No animals or pets allowed onsite. If you are found to have an animal in your room you will be asked to vacate immediately without refund and will be required to pay for room to be fumigated.

Housekeeping

We ask that you leave your apartment in a clean and tidy manner on departure. This includes taking excess rubbish to the refuse area and loading used cutlery, crockery and glassware in the dishwasher. Apartments left in an unreasonably dirty state may incur an additional cleaning charge.

Housekeeping Services

If you are staying 7 nights or longer, a full clean and linen change will occur during your stay and every application week thereafter. Please contact reception if you wish to arrange additional housekeeping services (costs apply and will be confirmed when arrange the service).
